The foundation of Lechner was laid in 1996 in a garage in Bad Vöslau — with a clear, albeit modest, vision at the time:
a small, stable company with three employees and three injection molding machines. However, the market developed rapidly — and so did our company. Growing demand, new technological opportunities, and increasing customer trust led to the continuous evolution of our goals.
Today — nearly 30 years later — Lechner is an established family-owned business with around 70 dedicated employees across three locations.
We have positioned ourselves as a reliable partner for plastic injection molding in Austria, focusing on growth, process optimization, and appreciation.
With the growth of our company, our strategic orientation has also evolved. Lechner’s current mission and vision reflect not only our experience but also our commitment to actively shaping the future of plastics processing — responsibly, forward-looking, and in service of our customers.
