High-volume and low-volume production
In single-component injection molding, we manufacture precise plastic parts in a wide range of sizes for diverse applications.
Using state-of-the-art injection molding technology, we produce both simple and highly complex geometries with tight dimensional tolerances and high-quality surface finishes. We process nearly all thermoplastics as well as thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).
In addition, we offer insert molding and overmolding of components such as cables, cords, and metal inserts. These inserts are precisely positioned within the mold and bonded to the plastic during the injection process in a form-fit and force-fit manner. This results in functionally integrated components that meet mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements in a single manufacturing step.
Two-component injection molding
Lechner offers two-component injection molding (2K injection molding) for the production of sophisticated plastic components. This process allows different materials or colors to be combined in a single manufacturing step. A key requirement is that the selected materials can be technically bonded in a meaningful and reliable way.

Typical applications for multi-component parts include control elements, housings with integrated sealing functions, and components with soft-touch surfaces. This technology enables the integration of multiple functions into a single part while simultaneously reducing assembly effort and production steps.
