At Lechner, we understand quality not as an isolated task of individual departments, but as a cross-departmental responsibility that encompasses the entire company. From the initial customer contact through feasibility analysis and project planning to the handling of complaints, our specialist departments work closely together.
In joint project meetings, our experts from sales, quality management, design, costing, toolmaking, and application engineering contribute their knowledge. This ensures that all relevant requirements and expectations of our customers are optimally addressed. Through this process-oriented and interdisciplinary approach, we create a solid foundation for well-founded decisions and efficient workflows.
Our certified quality management system according to ISO 9001 helps us to ensure the highest standards . The integration of all relevant expertise enables us to avoid errors from the outset (zero-defect policy) while simultaneously implementing a continuous improvement process (CIP).
This ensures that every project at Lechner Kunststoffteile is carried out with the utmost precision, care and technological know-how — for sustainable quality and maximum customer satisfaction.

01
ZERO-ERROR POLICY
For us, a zero-defect policy means identifying potential sources of error during the planning phase and eliminating them permanently. This ensures consistently high product quality and builds trust with our customers.
02
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS
Continuous improvement (CI) is an integral part of our corporate culture and encourages the proactive thinking of every employee. Through targeted optimizations, we continuously increase the efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness of our processes.
Quality assurance
By using state-of-the-art measuring technology , we ensure consistently high product quality. Our advanced measuring machines represent the latest technological advancements and enable precise testing throughout the entire production process.
A particular highlight of our quality assurance is our in-house computed tomography (CT) scanner . This technology allows us to analyze even complex components non-contact and non-destructively down to the smallest detail – including internal structures that would not be visible using conventional methods.
This is how we create the foundation for the highest precision, traceability and trust – for every single part.

Measurement technology
Precision is the basis of our work.
Using state-of-the-art measuring technology – including a high-performance industrial CT scanner – we inspect components non-destructively down to the smallest detail. Our measuring methods guarantee the highest dimensional accuracy, functional reliability, and quality. We reliably support your projects from initial sampling to series production, ensuring that every component precisely meets the requirements.
Below we present the measurement technology we use to guarantee precise and reproducible measurement results of the highest standard:
Keyence VR6000

The Keyence VR-6000 is a high-precision 3D profilometer that captures surface shapes, height differences, and roughness non-contact within seconds. Thanks to state-of-the-art optical measurement technology and automated evaluation, precise 3D measurement data is generated – entirely without the use of probes or conventional profile measurement. This significantly accelerates inspection processes and reliably ensures consistently high quality.

Keyence LMX
For the precise measurement of complex plastic components, we rely on the Keyence LMX 3D scanner. This state-of-the-art measuring system enables fast, non-contact, and extremely accurate capture of surfaces and geometries . Even the finest details and complex structures can be digitally mapped and documented within a very short time.
Height measuring device

The Digima is a precise height gauge for manual length and height measurement in manufacturing and quality control. It impresses with its high repeatability, ease of use, and robust construction – ideal for daily use in the metrology lab or directly on the machine. The Mahr TL allows for reliable and rapid measurement of heights, depths, steps, and distances .

Computed tomography YXLON
Computed tomography enables precise, non-destructive testing of plastic parts – down to the smallest detail. Using state-of-the-art X-ray technology, it provides three-dimensional insights into the internal and external structure of components that would be inaccessible with conventional measurement methods. This allows us to reliably analyze complex geometries, material defects, or assembly deviations.
